You will receive email and text message reminders for your upcoming appointments through Vello. These reminders will include a link to confirm your appointment and provide instructions to help you make the most of your visit.
**Vello App and Web Experience**
Access your pet’s appointment information, medical records, and prescription details and review upcoming reminders all in one place with Vello. You can use the mobile app available in the Apple App Store or access it online. Best of all, there’s no need to remember a username or password; your information is pre-loaded, and Vello will authenticate you using your mobile number or email address.
